Who provides the service
Rayan Store provides the software a merchant uses to run an online store: the storefront, the order tools and the delivery hand-off. It is the merchant, not the platform, that sells the goods listed in a store.
When you order from a storefront, your order is a purchase from that merchant. The platform's role is to make that purchase and its follow-up possible.
Each store sets its own terms
Every merchant sets the conditions of sale for its own store: its prices, the delivery options and terms it offers, and its returns and refunds policy. These are published on the storefront itself and apply to orders placed there.
The platform does not set those conditions for a merchant, and it does not change them afterwards.
What the platform does
The platform hosts the storefront, records the order, passes it to the merchant, and supports the delivery hand-off that follows.
It also keeps each store's data separate from every other store's, so a merchant sees its own orders and its own customers only.
What this draft does not cover
This draft intentionally leaves out what only a reviewed agreement can settle: the governing law and jurisdiction, how liability is limited, how refunds and payment disputes are handled, what availability commitments the platform makes, and how to reach us formally.
Those points will be added when legal review is complete. Until then, this text describes intent, not a binding agreement.
