Who operates this service
Rayan Store is a software platform. Merchants use it to publish a storefront, take orders and manage deliveries for their own business.
The platform is not the seller of the goods shown in a storefront. Each merchant is the party that decides what it sells, to whom, and on what terms.
What a shopper shares when placing an order
When you place an order on a merchant's storefront, you share the details that merchant needs in order to deliver: your name, your contact details (such as an email address or a phone number), the delivery address for that order, and the items and quantities in it.
Those details are passed to the merchant whose store you ordered from, so the order can be prepared and delivered.
This draft does not yet describe how long that information is kept, who else it is shared with, or the legal grounds it is processed on. Those points are still under review and will be set out in the final version.
What a merchant can see
A merchant sees the orders placed on its own storefront, and the customer details those orders contain - the name, contact details and delivery address above.
A merchant does not see orders or customer details belonging to another merchant's store. Stores are kept separate from one another inside the platform.
Each store sets its own policies
Delivery options, delivery terms, returns and refunds are set by each merchant for its own store, and published on that storefront. The platform does not set them and does not change them on a merchant's behalf.
If you have a question about a specific order, its delivery or its refund, the merchant operating the store is the party that answers it.
What this draft does not cover
This draft intentionally leaves out the details only a reviewed policy can settle: data retention periods, the legal bases relied on, the third parties involved, any regulatory certification, the governing law, and how to reach us about a privacy matter.
Those points will be added when legal review is complete. Until then, this text describes intent, not a legal commitment.
